Announcing your services and payments may impair this supporting policy, and your services and fees would be adjusted to the current services and fees from starting the announcing time.
You may not, without the approval of ScopeMed, use the Site to publish or distribute any advertising, promotional material, or solicitation to other users of the Site to use any goods or services. ScopeMed neither endorses nor takes responsibility for any products, goods or services offered by outside vendors through our services or advertised on our system.
Systems Reliability and DATA Protection
ScopeMed aims to keep the Site available twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week and to maintain saved information. However, due to technical failures, acts of God or routine maintenance, availability may be limited and/or information may be lost. ScopeMed shall not be liable for lost information or non-availability of the services.
ScopeMed aims to keep all of the data for the following type of articles of the current members: aritcles without decision, accepted articles; and ScopeMed also aims to keep some of the data for the following type of articles of the current members: rejected articles.
Data of old members would be kept for 1 month, and then deleted completely. So editors/owners should back up their data before they terminate their accounts.
Articles with DOI numbers provided by ScopeMed would be kept under another website which is controlled by ScopeMed, if they terminate their membership. ScopeMed may restrict to access to these kind of articles of old members.
You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold ScopeMed, its directors, officers, shareholders, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents and licensors harmless from and against any and all liability, losses, damages and costs, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the Site or Content.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us for refund of your purchase. We will refund completely during the first 14 days of your payment.
