If I don't like the system, will you make a refund? ▼

We will refund all of the payment, if you wouldn't like the system during the first 14 days.

Is eJManager cheaper than its alternatives? ▼

eJManager is cheaper than the other journal management systems which have the same features.
If you find any journal management system with additional features and cheaper, please inform us and get a discount.

What happens if I consume all of the credits? ▼

You can renew or upgrade your package.
Even there is no credit in your account, authors can continue to submit their papers to your journal.
When you renew your package, you can continue to process submitted manuscripts.

Will my journal be charged for resubmitted articles? ▼

No, you will be charged just for one time for any submission.
You will NOT pay for submission of revised articles.

Is eJManager similar to OJS? ▼

eJManager is completely different from OJS.
Also, there is no relationship between eJManager and OJS.
Our users that have used OJS or other journal management systems previously, say that eJManager is more practical and user-friendly than the other systems.
